Exposure Brewing Pale Ale
May 17, 2012
A – Poured out a clear, copper color with a one-finger, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass.
S – It smelled of pine and citrus with a biscuity malt nose.
T – It tasted of nice bitter/piney hops with a citric kick. Good caramel and toffee flavors added a nice backbone.
M – It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A medium bodied ale with a dry, clean finish.
O – Very taste take on a pale ale from Exposure brewing
